MY NEXT - DOOR NEIGHBOUR

        A good neighbour is a great blessing. Neighbour play an important role in our social life. A good neighbour makes our life sweet where bad neighbour makes a hell of it. One cannot have neighbours of one's choice. We live in a crowded locality. The streets are narrow and the houses are mostly multi - storeyed. So we have quite a few neighbours.

        Our next door neighbour is a workman. He is very self - respective and hardworking. He has one son. He is very naughty. He is dirty and misbehave with strangers. His wife is a terror to all the ladies of the street. She has the habit of backbiting. She is ugly but she considers herself very beautiful. She and her son are spoilt ones. They set their radio at full pitch and disturb others. It is because of this that people do not like to have any dealing with them.

             The family who lives next to our left is a family of Mr. Naik . He is a Police officer. He has one son. Though he is in police he never shows of his power. He never misuse his power. He is a man of good habits and helps the other. His son is very naughty and did not giving respect to elders. His wife is hard working. They both love everyone. In their leisure time they helps the poor and needy. If there is any problem with anyone they are the first to turn up for help. We have good neighbour relations with his family. We often visit each other's house.

             Majority of my neighbourhood comprises good people. They are social and helping. I feel very lucky to have such a nice family as my next door neighbour. A good neighbour is indeed god's gift. So we should try to be good neighbours and create an environment of peace and friendship in the neighbourhood...
